In October, Katrin Schreiberhuber joined the DACH+ Energy Informatics Conference 2024 in the beautiful city of Lugano in Switzerland. The conference was a great experience to connect with interesting researchers, all working on information and communication technologies in the energy domain.
In the last session of Thursday, Katrin presented our paper “Towards a State Explanation Framework in Cyber-Physical Systems”, a collaboration with our research partners from TU Wien and Siemens Österreich in the SENSE project.

The conference brought together experts from academia, industry, and service providers to explore innovative solutions for integrating ICT into the energy sector. From thought-provoking keynotes on Swiss energy sector digitalization and spatiotemporal forecasting to engaging technical sessions on topics like smart grids, market dynamics, and energy optimization, the event highlighted cutting-edge research and practical approaches for enhancing energy resilience and efficiency.
